It's about time I did one of these for the entire family. Lyris has had a blog since birth so her birth mother could stay updated, and I think we all should have one. Scroll down to see the beginning of our family, which came to be in 2002.

We love to spend time outdoors - watching wildlife, chasing creatures, and cooking out.
Lyris' favorite things are eating (green beans, pickles, grapes, bananas, and everything else in sight), watching cartoons, pretending to read, and dancing. She's so smart that they moved her to the 3-4 year old class at daycare because she was well ahead of the other 2 year-olds.
Big brother Logan loves to dance and entertain folks, help around the house and yard, and be with loved ones because he can't stand to be alone. He's also really good at a ton of sports.
Daddy (Jamie) likes to pass the time watching/talking football, listening to music, watching movies, fishing on the boat, and being with friends.
Mama's (Lisa) hobbies are gardening, photography, and flea market/antique shopping. We all love to travel whenever we can.
